My Activity — Track Your Progress and Review Past Sessions

Every session you run — mock interviews, live interview assists, online assessments — is logged here with a full feedback report. Use it to spot patterns in your performance and measure improvement over time. This is where preparation becomes measurable.

1

Go to Desktop App → My Activity in the Sidebar

In the desktop app sidebar, click My Activity. This is your complete session log — every mock interview, live interview assist, phone interview, online assessment, and coding interview session is recorded here.

  • My Activity also appears in the web app dashboard, but the desktop app version includes sessions initiated from the desktop.
  • Sessions from both web and desktop are merged into one timeline.
2

See Your Full Session List — Sorted by Date

The main view shows all your sessions in reverse chronological order. Each entry includes the session type, date, duration, and an overall score badge.

  • Session types are color-coded: Mock Interview (purple), Interview Assistant (green), Phone Interview (blue), Online Assessment (orange).
  • Duration shows actual active time, not idle time between questions.
  • The score badge gives you a quick pass/fail sense — green for 70+, yellow for 50–69, red for below 50.
3

Click Any Session to Open the Feedback Report

Click a session row to expand the full feedback report. This includes your overall score, a category-by-category breakdown, the AI's written feedback, and actionable recommendations.

  • The report is generated immediately after the session ends — no waiting period.
  • Each report is permanent and can be revisited as many times as you need.
  • Reports can be exported as PDF for sharing with a mentor or coach.
4

Read Your Category Scores (Communication, Technical Knowledge, Confidence, etc.)

The feedback report scores you across up to 16 categories, including Communication, Technical Accuracy, Confidence, Problem-Solving, Clarity, Structure, and more. Each category gets a score from 0 to 100.

  • Not all categories apply to every session type. A coding interview may not score "Confidence" the same way a behavioral mock does.
  • Look for categories that are consistently low across sessions — those are your highest-priority improvement areas.
  • Categories scoring above 80 are strong. Focus your energy on anything below 60.
5

Look at the Transcript to See Exact Moments Where You Struggled

Below the scores, the full session transcript is available with timestamps. The AI highlights moments where your answers were weak, off-topic, or incomplete.

  • Highlighted sections include the AI's annotation explaining what went wrong and how to improve.
  • You can search the transcript for specific keywords to find relevant segments quickly.
  • Reading your own words back is uncomfortable but effective — it reveals filler words, tangents, and missed key points you weren't aware of in the moment.
6

Track How Your Scores Change Across Sessions

Switch to the Trends tab to see a chart of your scores over time. Each session is a data point, and you can filter by category to see improvement in specific areas.

  • An upward trend means your practice is working. A flat line means you need to change your approach.
  • Compare trends before and after changing your preparation strategy to measure what actually helps.
  • The chart includes a trendline so you can see the overall direction even if individual sessions fluctuate.
7

Filter by Session Type to Focus on One Area

Use the filter bar to show only Mock Interviews, only Interview Assists, or only Online Assessments. This helps you analyze performance within a specific context rather than mixing different session types.

  • Filtering by type is essential when you're preparing for a specific interview format.
  • You can combine filters: "Mock Interview" + "Last 30 days" to see recent practice performance.
  • The filtered view updates both the session list and the trends chart.

Quick Tips

  • Review your most recent session feedback within 24 hours while it's fresh. Waiting diminishes the learning value.
  • Look at transcripts for your worst-scoring sessions first — that's where the biggest improvement opportunities are.
  • Use the category scores to set specific goals: "Improve Communication from 62 to 75 by next week."
  • If your scores are flat after five or more sessions, revisit how you're practicing, not just how often.
  • Export reports and share them with a mentor or coach for an external perspective on your progress.
